We use a small first-party measurement system to understand which music people listen to and which links bring visitors here.
It records page visits, collection and song selections, playback starts, listening milestones, completed plays, and clicks to other platforms. Playback time excludes pauses, muted playback and seek jumps. Campaign labels, referring website, country, and touch/desktop device category help us compare results.
We also measure install-button clicks, available install prompts, prompt choices, browser-reported installations, and visits in installed-app mode. An install click or accepted prompt is not counted as an installation event. Browser support varies, so these are observed events rather than a complete count of installed apps or people.
Our analytics database does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs, advertising click identifiers, or recordings of your activity. A random session identifier rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your browser stores a last-visit date to recognize visits within the preceding 30 days; it does not contain a persistent visitor identifier. Events older than 90 days are removed daily.
Data is stored with our existing host, Cloudflare. Embedded YouTube content and external sites have their own privacy policies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.
